We’re here to build community and care that you enjoy every item you receive from us. If you need help with set up, installation, or getting the most from your purchase, please contact us.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out the way we expected. If you’re not satisfied with your item for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 90 days of when you received it.
What is your return policy?
We offer 90 Day Returns & Exchanges on nearly all purchases. You may return new and unopened parts, accessories, and gear for a full refund minus the return shipping cost.
If you are uncertain about your purchase on receipt of your product, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
Return & Exchange Item Details
Clothing / Shoe Returns & Exchanges
We will cover shipping costs for regularly priced clothing items you wish to exchange for size and/or color. If you ultimately return the item, all return shipping costs will be deducted from your original purchase price.
Clothing and shoes should be unworn (aside from fitting purposes) and unwashed with the original tags.
Warranty Returns & Exchanges
If you feel that your item is eligible to be warrantied by the manufacturer due to a defect in materials or construction, please send us a Return Request.
Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories should be uninstalled, in the original packaging, and with unopened shrink-wrap and protective films intact.
Electronics should be unopened and unactivated, with original protective films intact.
Items Ineligible for Return: Special Orders, Custom Items, & Custom Bicycles
Method specializes in hand-built custom bicycles for enthusiasts. Every bike we sell is diligently built using our 39 Point Quality Process and tailored for each rider using our partner’s build kits or a custom Method Built kit. We offer an extensive Demo Program as part of our commitment to helping you get the most from cycling. To provide sustainable support to our customers, we cannot accept returns of custom bicycles.
Special order items, custom-built items, or customized parts are ineligible for return.
Should you need help with custom or special order items, including bicycles, please contact us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the person returning the item unless the return is due to our error. If you would like us to email you a return shipping label (with costs deducted from your original purchase price), chat us up, email, or call. Please be carefully package your return to protect it from damage in transit - we are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
