Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. As we continue to grow, we hope to connect more riders with our community and the equipment needed to find new adventures.
Do you ship to APO or PO Boxes?
We can ship to APO and PO Boxes. Depending on what you ordered and which location your purchase is shipping from, it could take longer to get to you. Expect to have some shipping delays, but we do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Most of our orders are shipped from our main shop, located in Lincoln, NE. Some of our products can be sent directly from the many brands and distributers we work with, ensuring you get your products as soon as possible without extended wait times.
I already ordered something, how do I track it?
You should have received a tracking number shortly after your order was processed which should link directly to an order tracking page. This number can be used to get a status of when your packing will be arriving to you. Please remember, once the package has left one of our facilities, we are no longer in control of when the package will be delivered to you and may be subject to delays from the shipping carriers. If the tracking number in your email does not work, you can look up your tracking number by directly searching for it in any search engine and a detailed outline of when your package will be delivered to you will show up. If you are still having troubles accessing your information, give us a call or email and we can help you as best we can.
What shipping service do you use?
We try to ship your products to you as soon as orders and payments have been processed. Depending on what item you ordered and what location it is coming from (our main shop or directly from one of our retailers), you could received your package with either UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
We ship complete bikes and framesets with insurance as a BikeFlights Top Shop. Bikeflights leverages UPS's shipping services and adds an additional layer of information to protection for your bike. Bikes are shipped well-packed in bicycles specific packaging or custom travel cases ≈95% assembled.
When will my backorder ship?
This has been a tough year for the bike industry and many of our usual retailers are struggling to get product back in to their warehouses. If you have an item on backorder, we will keep you updated on when it should come back in stock and shipped to you or to our shop for pickup. Please note, backorder restock dates are not always guaranteed and delays may still occur. We will communicated these delays with you via email or phone call to make sure you are as up-to-date as we are. We thank you for your patience.
When will my order arrive?
We try to ship our completed orders as soon as possible. Your order delivery depends on several things: when your order was placed, if we had the item in stock or needed to send it directly from one of our distributers, the type of order, and if there are any issues or discrepancies with your order. Ideally, we try to get our orders sent our from our Lincoln, NE location within the business day. If orders are placed after our regular operating hours (12:00-6:00pm Mon-Sat) they will not be shipped until the next business day. Most of our packages are delivered within 5-14 business days unless Express 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected at checkout.
How does your free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on orders over $29.00 (this excludes bike pumps, bike racks, and helmets). If your cart exceeds $29.00, the flat rate shipping will be taken off when you checkout. The free shipping does not cover expedited shipping, but your order should get to you within 5-14 business days.
